Mr Nolan has been an expert witness since 1999. He has considerable expertise in personal injury claims – particularly adult trauma, spinal injuries, work related low back pain and whiplash. He has acted extensively for both the plaintiff and defendant and in medical negligence cases.

Appointments can be arranged at short notice (24 hours) if necessary.

Mr Nolans medico legal clinics are on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and Friday all day. Early morning (8am) and evening (7:30pm) appointments are available.

Venue

Clients are examined in Malone Medical Chambers which is a discrete non-clinical sitting off the Malone Road.

Reports

Reports will be sent within two to three weeks of examination. If you require urgent reports, by prior arrangement they can be forwarded within 24 hours.

Court

Mr Nolan has considerable experience giving evidence both in the High Court and County court. He is normally available for court on Tuesdays but other days are available in exceptional circumstances by prior arrangement.

Payment

Cost for reports depends on the complexity of the case and the volume of medical records reviewed. For an estimate of our fees please contact our office. Mr Nolan does not work within Legal Aid Guidelines and prior authority should be obtained from legal aid to obtain full payment to avoid you or your clients incurring a surcharge.

By prior arrangement payment for reports can be deferred for one year.
